ORDER PROCESSING

All packages ship from New York, NY. Please allow 3-7 business days to process and ship your order. Orders placed are processed Monday-Friday only (excluding major holidays). Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. Expedited orders will be processed within 24 hours after the order is placed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

USA SHIPPING

Domestic US orders will be shipped via USPS. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost charged to the customer. To estimate shipping and tax fees select state and zip code upon checkout. Signature upon delivery is required on most purchases. Peponi Clothing LLC is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Allow 1-2 days for tracking information to update.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are orders shipped to countries other than the U.S.A. International orders will be shipped via DHL Express shipping or USPS. DHL typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive. USPS typically takes 7-30 days to arrive. International shipping costs vary by shipping location and package weight.

Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from Peponi Clothing LLC, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Peponi Clothing LLC.

All items sold on peponi.tv are final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges. Please be sure to review all photos, read sizing charts and item descriptions prior to purchase.
